- 2 green chillies
- 2 potatoes
- 2 Onions

- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- to taste Salt
- Some Coriander leaves
- Few Curry leaves
Steps to make to make Kanda Poha
- First wash the beaten rice through water and drain extra water from it meanwhile chop all vegetables.
- Heat the heavy bottom pan put oil in it when oil is heated deep fry peanuts till golden brown and keep aside.
- In same pan add mustard seeds,chopped green chilli and curry leaves saute for a minute.
- Add chopped onion when onion becomes soft and starts changing colour add chopped potatoes.
- Add little bit salt and turmeric powder mix all and cover the lid in medium flame.
- Check extra water is drain from poha which is in other container then add salt,turmeric powder,sugar mix all properly through hands or spoons.
- Now add masala poha in a pan stir continuously add lemon juice mix properly.
- Cook for 5 to 10 minutes more stir continuously add deep fried peanuts then garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
- Serve hot with chopped onion,lemon & chilli & some namkeen.
